Secret Accomplice Laborer Played Along In Gunman's Sick Bergen County Scheme: Prosecutor
A Virginia gunman and his secret accomplice, a laborer hired to help the true victim move, have both been indicted in an armed robbery last March in a Bergen County storage unit, authorities said.
Eduardo L. Villegas Valera, 30, of Elmhurst, NY had been hired to help someone move items in Englewood Cliffs on Monday, March 11, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
Once at the commercial property on Sylvan Avenue, Villegas Valera alerted Gliderman Cienfuego Castro, 37, confirming the existence of the true victim's watch, the prosecutor said.

Son Finds Mom, 37, Stabbed Dead In Edison, Prosecutor Says
A 37-year-old man from Edison was charged in the fatal stabbing of a woman he knew, authorities said.
Joan Franklin Polanco, 37, was detained by NYPD hours after the Sunday, July 21 stabbing, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Edison Police Chief Thomas Bryan.
Lizbeth Benitez-Rivera, 37, of Edison, was found with multiple stab wounds by her son, they said.
Benitez-Rivera was pronounced dead at the scene.
At about 4:40 p.m., Edison police received a 911 call reporting a stabbing on Horizon Drive.

Nypd Detective, 42, To Be Buried In Paramus
Robert Sivori, who served in the Emergency Services Unit of the New York City Police Department died on Sunday, July 7 ,five days before his 43rd birthday, according to his obituary on the Matthew Funeral Home website.
Sivori came from a long line of law enforcement, his great-grandfather, grandfather, father and brother, all current or former members of the NYPD. He joined the NYPD in 2005, serving for almost 20 years, his obituary reads.
