Bridgeton police were made aware of the threat of a shooting at the Broad Street School on Thursday, Sept. 19, they said. Atlantic City's mayor and schools superintendent were indicted after being accused of physically and emotionally abusing the couple's teen daughter, authorities said. A 71-year-old man from Camden County was killed in a two-car collision in Upstate NY, authorities said. Timothy B. Willson, of Collingswood, died in the crash on Interstate 81 in Marathon, NY, at about 1:10 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 15, according to New York State Police. There was an "active police investigation" Thursday morning, June 27 in Glassboro, authorities said. Their investigation was in the area of Route 322 West and Delsea Drive. Residents were asked to avoid the area at about 9 a.m. until the alert was lifted shortly before noon. "The area is now clear and open to travel, there is no active threat to the public.
