Firefighters Find Car On Roof, Driver Self-Extricated In Salem County A driver escaped a rollover crash relatively unscathed Saturday, Oct. 5 in South Jersey, firefighters said. Willow Grove firefighters responded to Parvin Mill Road and Middle Drive where the vehicle had rolled over and struck a utility pole, the department said in a news release. Retired Camden Hospital Worker, 76, Killed In Crash: Police A Camden woman was killed when she was hit by a vehicle in Woodlynne, authorities said. Paulette Lee, 76, died on Thursday, Sept. 26, a Camden County Police Department spokesperson said. Officers responded to the crash involving a pedestrian at the intersection of Ferry and Parker avenues at around 7:35 p.m. Paramedics rushed Lee to Cooper University Hospital where she was pronounced dead. The crash happened north of Exit 98 on the southbound side of the parkway in Wall Township on Wednesday, Oct. 2, the state Department of Transportation said.
