Mirvan Dinler, 26, of Trappe, picked the victim up at a Philadelphia nightclub in an UberX and drove her back to her dorm in Hovnanian Hall at the Radnor Township campus on Friday, Sept. 13, police paperwork reads. Dinler then followed the student back to her dorm and raped her then forced her to perform oral sex on him, the paperwork says. NJ Man Approaching Teens Under PA Bridge ID'd, Charged, Police Say A 32-year-old man from Mount Laurel, NJ, has been arrested after he reportedly approached and assaulted children under a bridge in Chester County, PA., authorities said. The incidents occurred on May 16 under the Broad Street Bridge in Oxford Borough, according to Crime Watch PA. Detectives were able to identify the suspect and get witnesses to identify the suspect in a photo array, they said.
