Man Shoots, Kills Ex-Girlfriend In South Jersey Murder-Suicide: Prosecutors
A man shot and killed his ex-girlfriend in a murder-suicide in Vineland, authorities said. The 21-year-old woman identified as "M.R." and the 22-year-old man identified as "J.C.S." died in the shooting on Monday, Aug. 26, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said in a news release. A Brick Township man was accused of uploading child pornography on the internet, authorities said. Robert Lasher, 71, was charged with possession of child pornography, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer announced in a news release. A former Ocean City lifeguard and Atlantic County teacher avoided jail time after he was accused of sexual misconduct, authorities said.
