A California man who traveled across the country armed with a gun, ammo, zip ties, and a crowbar to kill a sitting Supreme Court justice in Maryland has pleaded guilty, federal prosecutors announced. Nicholas John Roske, age 29, of Simi Valley, admitted in court that he flew from Los Angeles to Dulles International Airport in June 2022, carrying a firearm and ammunition in his checked luggage.
