Anthem Reverses Anesthesia Coverage Cap After Outcry In NY, CT New York and Connecticut residents can breathe easier: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield has reversed its decision to impose time limits on anesthesia coverage during procedures, officials announced Thursday, Dec. 5.
