Central Jersey School Board Member Charged With Child Porn Possession, Prosecutors Say A Farmingdale school board member and crossing guard was accused of having child pornography, authorities said. William Shaffer, 47, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 6, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago said in a news release. He was charged with third-degree possession of child sexual abuse materials. Burlco Man Busted With Child Porn: Prosecutor A 60-year-old Burlington County man has been arrested on child pornography charges, authorities said. Fillmore Apeadu, of Delran, was charged on Oct. 10 with one count of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (Third Degree), Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw said.
