Alert Issued For 28-Year-Old Man Missing From Mansfield Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a 28-year-old man who went missing in Connecticut.  Gregory Stearns was last seen in the Tolland County town of Mansfield on Monday, Nov. 18, according to Connecticut State Police.  Stearns is described as a white man who is 5-foot-11 and 185 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair. The incident happened on Friday afternoon, Nov. 15, when the incident was reported at Fox Lane Middle School in Bedford, according to the Bedford Fire Department. Blaze Breaks Out At Shopping Plaza In Eastchester: Developing Firefighters were seen battling a blaze at a shopping plaza in Westchester.  The fire broke out on Monday afternoon, Nov. 18 at the Vernon Place Shops in the area of 717 White Plains Rd. near the border of Eastchester and Scarsdale, according to reports.  Smoke was seen pouring out of the shopping center's roof.  A large police and firefighter presence is now at the shopping center. Scammer Calling Victims, Posing As Police In Westchester Authorities in Westchester are warning residents to be wary of a caller posing as police who asks about personal information.  In an announcement on Friday, Nov. 15, the Westchester County Police Department advised residents about a scheme involving a scammer posing as officers over the phone.  According to the department, the scammer will call residents and claim to be from the "Westchester County Sheriff's Department."  They will then tell victims that they have failed to report for jury duty before seeking to "verify" personal information, police said.
