Probationer Shot Dead By Pennsylvania State Police Previously Lived As Fugitive In New Jersey A 35-year-old Johnstown man who was shot and killed during a 100 mph chase on US 22 in Pennsylvania had a lengthy criminal record including getting caught while hiding out in New Jersey, authorities say. NJ Police Community Affairs Association Graduates 30+ Students Trained In Bergen Students from more than 30 universities and colleges were graduated last week from a Law Enforcement Career Development Course sponsored by the state Police Community Affairs Officers Association. The students completed 10 weeks of intense preparation by the staffs of Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo and Sheriff Anthony Cureton.
