The teen was struck by a northbound CSX train after laying across the tracks 50 yards south of the Haworth Avenue crossing sometime after 4:30 a.m., they said. The last Main Line train of the night -- due to arrive in Suffern at 2:41 a.m. -- struck the man near the Market Street bridge, just west of the Paterson train station, at 2:18 a.m., NJ Transit spokeswoman Lisa Torbic said. Man Killed By Train In Millburn, Service Suspended On 2 Lines A man was killed when he was struck by a train near the Millburn station Friday morning, NJ Transit said.  The man, who was not identified, was hit by the 6610 on the Morris and Essex Line headed towards New York around 6:45 a.m. His identity was not immediately released. No one else was injured.  Service on the Morris and Essex and Gladstone lines remained suspended as of about 8:30 a.m. in both directions. Tickets were being cross-honored on NJ Transit buses and private carriers, the spokeswoman said.  Service resumed later Friday morning.

The Pascack Valley Line train was headed from Spring Valley to Secaucus when it struck the victim at 12:10 p.m. just east of the New Bridge Landing station, NJ Transit's Lisa Torbic said. He was pronounced dead at Hackensack University Medical Center a short time later, she said. None of the 34 aboard, including crew members, were injured, Torbic said. Man Killed By Train In Morristown A man was fatally struck by a train in Morristown early Friday morning, officials said. Twenty people were on train 6601 of the Morris-Essex line when the man was struck at Convent Station around 2:15 a.m., an NJ Transit spokesperson told Daily Voice. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The train was the last of the night from Penn Station to Dover.  Service to the morning trains will not be affected.
