Dinan joined the West Milford Police Department in June 2018 as a Class II special officer, assisting with traffic details, township events, prisoner watches and transports and court security, police said. As the Route 22 Intersection Improvements project at I-78 Logistics Park continues in Lopatcong, a single right lane in both directions between Roseberry Street and where Route 22 and Route 57 split will be closed Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. starting Wednesday, the New Jersey Department of Transportation said in a release. The North Passaic Avenue project under the county's engineering department will begin on Aug. 19 and continue through September, police said. Lane Closures Planned On I-80 In Morris County Saturday Night Lanes on I-80 in Rockaway, Roxbury and Jefferson will be closed overnight this weekend as part of the first phase of a bridge replacement project, the state Department of Transportation said.  One lane eastbound will be closed beginning at 8 p.m. and a second at 10 p.m. Later Saturday, a westbound lane will be closed, followed by a second westbound lane.  When the lanes are reopened Sunday morning, traffic on both sides will be shifted to the right shoulder so as to maintain three lanes in both directions while work begins in the center of the roadway.
