Lakewood police on Sunday night announced the arrest of a man who they say tried luring a 16-year-old girl who recorded the whole incident on her phone last month. Charges against one Brick Township man were dropped and complaints against another brought for threats made earlier this week against a local police detective and his family, Ocean County's prosecutor announced Friday.
