'Gentle Giant' Scott Milligan Of Totowa Dies, 40 Scott A. Milligan of Totowa died Monday, March 26. He was 40 years old.   Scott worked for Premier Properties, The Damiano Group in Little Falls as a Real Estate agent for 13 years.   He was a member of various organizations such as the American Legion in Totowa, The Carpenters Union Local #254 of Edison and the Masonic Lodge, Mountain View #154 of Haledon.  Scott was an avid golfer and loved his friends and family dearly.
