Pitbulls In Zip-Tied Metal Cage Abandoned In North Jersey Park Police in Morris County are seeking the person responsible for abandoning two pitbulls in a crate in a local park. The two female dogs were found together in a black, metal cage on Sunday, Oct. 29, in Port Morris Park in Roxbury, the Morris County Sheriff James Gannon said. The top of the cage was covered with a red blanket and the cage itself, was secured and held together with zip ties and a ratchet strap.
