NJ Prosecutor's Office Detective Killed In Home Invasion: 'Truly Devastating' A Cumberland County detective was shot and killed during a home invasion in Bridgeton, authorities said. Sgt. Monica Mosley, 51, died late at night on Tuesday, Oct. 15, the Bridgeton Police Department said in a news release. She was a member of the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office. Bridgeton police were called to a report of several people kicking in the door of a home on the 600 block of Buckshutem Road at approximately 10:30 p.m. Officers found Sgt. Police ID Lake Garrison Drowning Victim As Guatemala Native, 19 Police have identified the 19-year-old swimmer who drowned in a New Jersey lake over the weekend. Daniel Miranda, of San Marcos, Guatemala, was taken to Inspira Hospital in Mullica Hill, where he was pronounced dead, Elk Township police said. Elk Township officers were called to Lake Garrison in Gloucester County for a missing person last seen in the water around 2:10 p.m. Saturday, July 20, Elk Township Police Chief Lance Hitzelberger said. Gunman Charged In Quadruple Ohio Murder Linked To 2013 NJ Homicide A 41-year-old New Jersey native who last February was arrested in connection with a quadruple Ohio murder has been charged in a 2013 Camden County homicide as well, authorities said. Martin Muniz, formerly of Camden, was charged on Monday, May 22, with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Jaime Molina, 45, of Camden, they said.
