Who Dumped 500 Pounds Of Pasta In Central Jersey? Old Bridge police are investigating the dumping of 500 pounds of pasta along a brook, township officials said. The Department of Public Works cleaned up about 15 wheelbarrows' worth of spaghetti, macaroni and other pasta after photos circulated on social media. Massive Load Of Concrete Debris Dumped Near Rt. 206 In Sussex County, Police Say Police are seeking the public’s help tracking down the person who dumped a massive load of concrete debris near Route 206 in Sussex County. The load was dumped on the shoulder of Brighton Road near Route 206 in Andover Township, local police said in a Sunday afternoon release. The load appears to consist of “old portions of a wall or facade with a distinct stamped pattern,” police said. Click here to view additional photos. 'Disgusting': Bergen County Man Dumped At Least 3 Deer Carcasses In Newark, Police Say A Bergen County man was arrested for repeatedly dumping deer carcasses in Newark, authorities said. Paul A. Bartella, 60, of North Arlington, is accused of leaving the carcasses in Newark three times across the city since June, Newark Public Safety Director Brian A. O’Hara said. He was arrested on warrants Wednesday night, after an incident on Verona Avenue near Broadway, police said. He did the same on Aug. 3 on Chester Avenue and Riverside avenues, and on June 24, on the 200 block of Oraton Street, O'Hara said.
