In one fell swoop, city detectives seized 1,194 heroin folds, a loaded 9mm Taurus G2C handgun with a defaced serial number and a high-capacity magazine and $4,491 in proceeds while rounding up 10 people on either side of the illegal commerce at the corner of Carroll and Governor streets.

Passaic Sheriff: Narcs Bust Paterson Man With 730 Heroin Folds, Ounce Of Crack, Drug Cash
Passaic County sheriff's detectives busted a Paterson man with 730 heroin folds, an ounce of crack and nearly $1,500 in drug cash, authorities said.
Manuel Ramos, 44, was charged with drug offenses and sent to the Passaic County Jail to await a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Paterson following his arrest early Thursday, April 14, Sheriff Richard H. Berdnik said.
Narcotics detectives seized Ramos while conducting a warranted search of Ramos's Butler Street home around 6:15 a.m., the sheriff said.

Eighty folds of heroin and drug money were seized in the dismantling of a drug ring being run out of one family's home in Hudson County, authorities said.
Kim Enders, 53, and Dave Enders, 52, along with their 26-year-old daughter, Samantha, were arrested on Saturday, April 9, Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller said. Also arrested was 52-year-old Jose Torres Amaro, he said.

DWI Hopatcong Woman Had Nearly A Dozen Heroin Folds After Crashing Into Phone Pole, Police Say
A Hopatcong woman was found with nearly a dozen heroin folds after crashing into a telephone pole in Sussex County Sunday night, authorities said.
Alyssa Gessner, 25, crashed into the pole on Stanhope Road in Sparta around 9:15 p.m., Lt. John Lamon said in a Monday release.
A follow-up investigation found that Gessner was under the influence of heroin during the crash, Lamon said.
Meanwhile, Gessner was found with 11 wax folds of heroin, as well as drug paraphernalia, police said.

Busted: DUI Driver Had More Than 450 Bags Of Heroin In Hunterdon County Stop, Police Say
A 24-year-old Middlesex County woman was found with more than 450 bags of heroin when she was pulled over for driving under the influence in Hunterdon County, authorities said.
Holly Saeger, of New Brunswick, was stopped by Patrolman Gregory Zytko in Flemington around 11 p.m. on Sunday, March 6, local police said in a Friday release.
More than 450 bags of suspected heroin, as well as prescription medications and drug paraphernalia, were found in Saeger’s vehicle following a “positive indication” from K9 Kita, police said.

A joint investigation involving detectives from Essex and Ocean counties resulted in the arrest of four drug-dealing suspects from Newark, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.
