Two Friends Open 'Two Pitas' In Moonachie A pair of friends who met working in a restaurant have opened one one their own in Moonachie. With Ismael Dominguez in the front of the house and Saul Duran in the kitchen, the pair together run Two Pitas, a Mediterranean restaurant that opened recently on Joseph Street. Dominguez of Little Ferry noticed Moonachie had many fine-dining options but few casual grab-and-go places that weren't fast food. He wanted to bring something special to his neighborhood.
