Several witnesses to the Bath and Body Works theft at the Preakness Shopping Center snapped cellphone shots of the suspects and the getaway car, a Ford Escape that township police stopped on Alpine Drive, Detective Capt. Laurence Martin said.

Strewn across the back seat was the more than $300 of stolen mist fragrance bottles, along with a crack pipe, he said.

Police arrested the driver, Ciriaco “Kenny” Lombardo, 49, of Totowa and his 50-year-old passenger, Jeffrey Dixon of Paterson and sent both to the Passaic County Jail on receiving stolen property charges.

Lombardo also received summonses for driving with a suspended license and having drug paraphernalia in the car.
