Councilman Richard Jazerbiski confronted Susan Enderly-Peracchio over the removal of signs from the window of the Passaic County Regular Republican Organization headquarters on Hamburg Turnpike just after 9 p.m. Sunday.

"[Expletive] you," Enderly-Peracchio says to him in the confrontation, recorded by her adult daughter and obtained by Daily Voice.

"You should be so lucky if I was [expletive] you," Jazerbiski responds, "because you know what? That'll never happen.

"You wish you were being [expletive] by me," says Jazerbiski, who is also a Republican state committee member, "but you'll never get that chance, honey."

Enderly-Peracchio, who was running for a state committee seat herself, told police that she’d been at the storefront most of the day working with volunteers and was finishing paperwork with her daughter and her daughter’s boyfriend when the councilman arrived.

He was upset, she said, that someone took the sign for his mayoral candidate, Lonnie Miller Ryan, from the front window and replaced it with one for for Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno, who ran in Tuesday's gubernatorial primary.

Miller Ryan, the Township Council president, ran against Mayor Chris Vergano in Tuesday's primary.

However, Enderly-Peracchio told police that the office was set up specifically for Guadagno’s campaign – and so her sign belonged in the window.

At one point in the video, Jazerbiski is seen leaving while Enderly-Peracchio continues talking to him. He then turns around and the argument resumes.

Eventually a friend arrived and left with the councilman, who'd cursed nearly three dozen times, according to a police report.

Wayne authorities forwarded the complaint to Clifton Municipal Court to avoid a conflict.
