Prosecutor: Passaic Man Sexually Assaulted Girl, 12

PASSAIC, N.J. – A judge ordered a Passaic man accused of sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl held on $300,000 bail following his arrest by county prosecutor’s Special Victims Unit detectives.

Liborio Zaragoza-Ordonez, 43, was charged with aggravated sexual assault, two counts of sexual assault, and child endangerment. He was being held in the Passaic County Jail.

The complaint was referred to a grand jury for indictment, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes said Tuesday.
