Paterson Police: Man Shot Tuesday Has Died

PATERSON, N.J. - A 21-year-old city man shot multiple times in the 4th Ward early Tuesday morning has died, according to NorthJersey.com.

Mark Eason was released from the Passaic County jail two weeks before the Oct. 6 shooting and had been convicted as the gunman in a 2012 shooting just three blocks from where he was fatally shot, NorthJersey.com said.

Eason is the 13th homicide victim in Paterson this year, NorthJersey.com reported.
