Paterson PD: Teen Drug Dealer Had 3,150 Heroin Folds, AR-15, $4,000

PATERSON, N.J. -- An 18-year-old drug dealer had an AR-15 rifle and a .357 Magnum handgun that had been reported stolen along with nearly 3,150 folds of heroin when Paterson police nabbed him, authorities said.

Marshall T. Stephenson also had a prohibited high-capacity magazine and $4,017 in drug proceeds when narcotics detectives arrested near his East 28th Street apartment last week, Police Director Jerry Speziale said.
