Members of the city's Narcotics Division found the stash while raiding an apartment at the corner of Park Avenue and East 18th Street following an investigation into drug sales in the area, Police Director Jerry Speziale said.
Seized, he said, were:
- 7,600 glassine envelopes of heroin;
- 10½ ounces of raw heroin;
- three ounces of crack;
- seven ounces of powdered cocaine;
- nearly two pounds of pot;
- 410 Ecstasy pills.
Police also confiscated nearly $2,200 in suspected drug proceeds, the director said.
Arrested were Rafael E Collazo, 43, who Speziale said lives in the raided apartment; Edward Infante, 38, of Brooklyn and William Hodges, 34, of Paterson.
All were charged with various drug offenses -- including possession and intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of Paterson Eastside High School.
“This is a significant raid, which continues to dismantle and disrupt illegal drug sales and the organizations responsible for the distribution,” Speziale said.
