Detectives Anthony Castronova and William Hermann of the Special Investigations spotted a minivan fitting the description given by witnesses after the 11 p.m. holdup in the 400 block of Chamberlain Avenue, Police Director Jerry Speziale said.
They stopped the vehicle at Memorial Drive and West Broadway and arrested both Iesha Brown of Elmwood Park and Terrance Douglas-Davis Jr. of Hackettstown, both 19, he said.
Both were charged with attempted murder, robbery and weapons offenses.
