Pedro Rodriguez, 58, was arrested Tuesday, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes said. He is accused of fondling a 10-year old student while working as a substitute teacher at School No. 11 in Passaic, Valdes said.
Rodriguez was charged with sexual assault and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, the prosecutor said.
He was held on $100,000 bail, Valdes said.
