A man who called police to the Garibaldi Avenue home said Kelly Luterzo “threw her belongings all over the apartment,” Detective Capt. Donald Scorzetti said this afternoon.
He then led police into his bedroom, where they found a small clear glass tube used to smoke crack cocaine, and to the bathroom, where Luterzo had emptied her purse onto the floor, Scorzetti said.

On the floor was a used hypodermic syringe and two wax paper envelopes with the word “BOOM” stamped on them containing heroin, the captain said.
Luterzo was taken into custody on drug and drug paraphernalia possession charges after admitting everything was hers, he said.
She posted $2,500 bail and was released pending a court hearing.
Luterzo was free on bail on drug possession charges after Lodi police stopped her car last Sept. 18.
That arrest came three months after she was stopped for not wearing a seat belt and ended up charged with illegally carrying prescription drugs and having drug paraphernalia.
Authorities said Luterzo sustained minor injuries on April 11, 2014 when her northbound car veered off Passaic Street, hit a light pole and then careened through a fence and a guard rail, dropping off the wall at Shopping Center Drive outside the Marshalls in Garfield.
