Have You Seen Him? Wayne Police Seek Help In Car Burglary Spree

WAYNE, N.J. -- Wayne police turned to the public Thursday for help finding a man caught on surveillance video who they said burglarized several cars in an apartment complex with the aid of an accomplice.

The suspect was "trying car handles, entering unlocked vehicles and removing contents" when the image was recorded around 3-3:30 a.m. at the Byrne Court apartment complex, Capt. Laurence Martin said.

He was described as 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10, about 140-160 pounds, with a slight build, light complexion and a closely cropped beard.
