Clifton Man Charged With Sexual Assault, Child Endangerment

A 30-year-old customer service representative from Clifton was charged this past weekend with sexually assaulting a child.

Victor A. Carrillo-Ortega was arrested Saturday in Elizabeth after New Milford police received a report that he sexually assaulted the youngster several times over the past four years, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo said Tuesday.

Carrillo-Ortega remained held n the Bergen County Jail pending a detention hearing Wednesday in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
