Car Knocks Utility Pole Across Route 23
WAYNE, N.J. -- Wayne police were detaining the driver of a car that toppled a utility pole across northbound Route 23, hitting another vehicle and knocking out power in the area early Tuesday afternoon.
Both sides of the highway were closed.
