Gines Rodriguez III, 43, of Pompton Lakes also had three handguns seized — a .40-caliber Glock, an .9mm H&K and a .25-caliber Colt — after he was taken into custody last night by members of the Bergen County Narcotic Task Force and Clifton police outside a Van Houten Avenue Walgreens in Clifton, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said this afternoon.

Detectives also seized suspected Oxycodone that Molinelli said Rodriguez was carrying, along with more Oxy pills, Percocet, and a small amount of marijuana from his car, the prosecutor said.

Rodriguez first met and sold pills to the undercover last month, he said.

He was being held on $25,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with illegal weapons and drug possession and distribution offenses.
