NJ High School Vice Principal Dies Suddenly, 54
Edward "Ed" Forman, a Montclair dad and the vice principal of Boonton High School, died suddenly on Tuesday, Sept. 3, according to his obituary on the Moriarty Funeral Home website. He was 54 years old. A letter sent to the district by Boonton Public Schools Superintendent Thomas Valle said that staff learned of Forman's passing just after gathering to begin the new year. "Mr. Forman made significant impacts within Boonton Public Schools that will be lasting," Valle said in a statement shared with Daily Voice. Justin Hoyt, Passaic County Native, Dies, 26
Passaic County native Justin Hoyt died on Tuesday, Aug. 27, his obituary on the Shook's Cedar Grove Funeral Home website says. He was 26 years old. A Woodland Park native, Justin also lived in Little Falls but had moved to California two years ago to bettering himself and "working with those suffering from addiction, helping others on their journey," his obituary says.
