New Cop Considered For North Haledon Department

NORTH HALEDON, N.J. -- North Haledon's preliminary budget includes room for a new police officer, reports northjersey.com.

The $2.1 million budget would expand the borough's department to 19 officers, the paper said.

The Department of Public Works would also add an employee, according to northjersey.com.

The public budget hearing is on April 19 at 7:30 p.m.
