Paterson Non-Profit Honors Giants Receiver, City Native

PATERSON, N.J. -- Super Bowl star Victor Cruz and his nonprofit foundation were honored on Sunday by the Hamilton Partnership for Paterson.

Cruz, a Paterson native, is head of the Victor Cruz Foundation, which is devoted to educational endeavors.

He was recognized for his dedication to improving science education for Paterson students.

U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell Jr. (D-9) attended the event, along with parents and students from P.S. 7 who have been involved in the Great Falls Centennial Project.

The Hamilton Partnership for Paterson is a non-profit organization working to help launch the Paterson National Park and enhance its educational, social, and economic benefits for Paterson and the nation.
