Participants will get hands-on help from Google staff regarding search optimization, building an online presence, and getting your business on Google Maps and GooglePlus.

Everyone will leave with a website, domain name and hosting for one year from StartLogic.

Businesses found on the web are growing twice as fast and creating twice as many jobs as businesses that are strictly offline, according to Google. Some 60 percent of New Jersey small businesses have no website.

The workshop runs 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
