The new facility is located at 797 Hamburg Turnpike and will be open and staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Planet Fitness is celebrating the opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Sept. 27, at 10 a.m. Free bagels will be available and Planet Fitness will make a donation to the Boys & Girls Club of Wayne during a check presentation.
The facility boasts 20,500 total square feet and offers state-of-the-art cardio machines and strength equipment, 30-Minute Express Circuit, fully equipped locker rooms with day lockers and showers, numerous flat screen televisions, Hydro Massage beds, massage chairs, tanning beds, a Total Body Enhancement booth and more.
Planet Fitness has extended its judgement-free philosophy outside of its gyms and into communities that need it most with its national philanthropic initiative, “The Judgement Free Generation."
