A 25-year-old Paterson man has been arrested and charged for assaulting two EMTs who were trying to help him during a medical emergency, authorities said. The attack happened on March 2, 2025, at approximately 5:25 a.m. when officers responded to 169 16th Ave. for a report of an aggravated assault, Paterson Police Department Officer in Charge Patrick B.
