Officers in Chester stopped a vehicle after observing a violation on Nov. 28, police said.
During questioning, the driver and passenger — whose names were not released — gave officers probable cause to conduct a search, which turned up 200 MDMA pills, three packages of psychedelic mushrooms, LSD tabs, Ketamine, unprescribed Adderall and marijuana, authorities said.
One of the men was charged with being under the influence of CDS. The man driving was charged with five counts of possession of a schedule I-IV drug, possession of five or more units of Stramonium Prep, possession of paraphernalia and other drug possession and traffic offenses.
Both men were released and are scheduled to appear in court.
