Man Spat At Security Staff At Morris County Hospital: Police

A 28-year-old Morristown man was arrested and charged on Wednesday, Aug. 28 with assaulting a healthcare worker at a hospital in Denville, authorities said.

At 12:30 a.m., officers responded to St. Claire's Hospital on a report of an assault on hospital staff, Denville police said. Upon arrival, hospital staff told police Jordan K. Ali was combative with hospital staff members and spat on security staff while being restrained, authorities said.

Ali was charged with assault of a health care worker, police said.
