Gunfire Injures One At Morris County Home: Police

One person was hurt after a gun was fired at a home in Morris County Wednesday afternoon, April 26, investigating police said.

Chester Police confirmed the incident on social media around 1:40 p.m., stating that there was no threat to the public:

Initial reports came in around 1 p.m. requesting a medical helicopter that was later declined, resulting in the victim being taken to a nearby hospital by ground.

Chester Police Lt. Ronald Totams did not release any additional details when contacted by Daily Voice.
