A New Jersey woman is suing a town and its police department, claiming officials released unredacted video last year showing her exposed breast while she was in police custody, leading to the footage being viewed hundreds of thousands of times online (lawsuit attached at the bottom of this news article).

A 54-year-old Barnegat woman was arrested and charged with stealing $212,400 when she worked as a bank teller, authorities announced Thursday, Aug. 6, authorities said.
Tiffany Prutzman worked as a bank teller at OceanFirst Bank in Forked River where an investigation determined she stole approximately $212,400 in customer funds intended for deposit between 2024 and 2026, Lacey Township police said.

NJ Woman Found Stabbed To Death: Prosecutor
A 46-year-old Somerville woman was found stabbed to death on Thursday, Aug. 6, authorities said.
At 7:25 p.m., Somerville police responded to a 9-1-1 call on Brookside Avenue and found the woman with multiple lacerations to her chest, neck and thigh, Somerset County Prosecutor John P. McDonald, Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Chief of County Detectives Meredith McKay and Somerville Chief of Police Dennis Manning said.
