Body-Cam Video Shows Suspect Fired First In New Haven Officer-Involved Fatal Shooting: Report The Connecticut Office of Inspector General released its preliminary findings in a fatal officer-involved shooting last week and found that the suspect fired at police first.  Jebrell Conley, 36, was shot and killed on Thursday, Sept. 19, at a West Haven car wash on Boston Road.  The New Haven Police Department's Violent Crime Task Force went to arrest Conley around 5 p.m. on an outstanding robbery warrant. Enfield Man Killed After Car Veers From I-91 Off Ramp in Windsor, Crashes Into Tree A 37-year-old Connecticut man was killed Sunday morning, Sept. 22, after his car careened into a tree along I-91 in Hartford County, police said.  Daniel Adam Jeannotte, of Enfield, died around 2:30 a.m. when his vehicle veered off of the Exit 40 off-ramp in Windsor, Connecticut State Police said.  It's unclear why, but Jeannotte's car went off the left side of the off-ramp, over the shoulder, and crashed into a tree, authorities said.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.  Police ask anyone who witnessed the crash to contact Trooper DeMaio at (860) 534-1098 …
