NFL Legend Tony Siragusa Fell To Similar Fate As His Father: Report
Further details reveal that NFL legend, Tony "The Goose" Siragusa, has died in nearly the same manner as his father, whom he tried to save, TMZ reports.
Siragusa had reportedly been receiving CPR at a home in Toms River, NJ when the initial emergency call came in around 11:45 a.m., Wednesday, June 22. He was pronounced dead at the scene and a cause of death was not immediately determined.
Decades earlier, when Siragusa was 21, he performed CPR on his dad who suffered a massive heart attack, claiming his life at the age of 48, Siragusa said on an episode of Howard Stern.

West Morris HS Graduate Tyler Zgombic, 26, Had Infectious Smile
The Long Valley community is mourning West Morris High School graduate Tyler Zgombic, who died Aug. 6 — just one week before his 27th birthday.
Zgombic was born in Reno, Nevada and moved to California before settling in Long Valley, where he had lived for the past two decades, his obituary says.
A recent graduate of Arizona State University, Zgombic was known for loving sports. He played basketball, umpired games and loved the Baltimore Ravens.

Three more former NFL players, one of them from the Jersey Shore, were among several who federal authorities said illegally collected $3.4 million in a massive health care scam.
