Jake Bongiovi, 23, a New Jersey native and son of music legend Jon Bon Jovi, has adopted a baby girl with his wife, "Stranger Things" star Millie Bobby Brown, the couple announced Thursday, Aug. 21, on Instagram.

Brown, 21, is no stranger to adoption. She has more than 60 goats, dogs, and cats, she shared in an interview with "Call Her Daddy" host Alex Cooper earlier this year.

A former New Jersey resident has been sentenced to prison time in a golf cart crash that killed a bride and injured her groom on their wedding night in April 2023.
Jamie Lee Komoroski, 26, a Hunterdon County native, was sentenced to 25 years in prison on Monday, Dec. 2, after pleading guilty to reckless homicide, felony DUI causing death, and two counts of felony DUI causing great bodily injury in South Carolina.

The Matawan couple signed a contract back in March 2023 with owners David Garsia and his wife, Donata, and put down $14,000 upfront for their Oct. 18, 2024 wedding.

Wrong-Way Crash Kills Groom, Cousin Night Before Bergen County Wedding
A weekend that would've been one of the happiest for the families of Kirk Walker and Shauntea Weaver ended in tragedy.
The pair were set to marry on Sunday, Aug. 25 at The Royal Manor in Garfield.
But early Saturday morning, Aug. 24, Walker, 38, and his cousin, Robert "Todd" McLaurin, 40, were killed by a wrong-way driver on the Henry Hudson Parkway in New York City, according to loved ones and the NYPD.
