Man At Large After Stabbing Newark Resident Outside Bowling Alley: Police
A 25-year-old Newark man was stabbed outside a bowling alley in Linden on Friday, Nov. 8, authorities said.
At 6:10 p.m., officers responded to Linden Lanes at 741 N. Stiles St. and found the victim, Linden police said in a release. The man had been involved in an argument with a co-worker, Easkon Walker, a 44-year-old Elizabeth man, police said. Walker pulled a knife and stabbed him multiple times before fleeing the scene, police said.
The victim was treated on scene and taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries, police said.

Byron Thomas of Paulsboro was charged with two counts of first-degree murder among other offenses, the Cape May County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release on Tuesday, Nov. 5. Sgt. An armed man accused of assaulting another person on a Morris County train system was found sleeping nearby, and promptly arrested, authorities said.
Ricardo Martinez-Bonilla, 31, of Morristown, had gotten into an argument around 2:25 a.m. on Tuesday, May 14 on Patriots Path in Morristown off Martin Luther King Avenue, Morris County Sheriff James Gannon said.

A 32-year-old Leesburg man was arrested on Saturday, Oct. 28, after police say he possessed a stolen handgun.
At 4:39 a.m., police observed a Saturn commit numerous traffic violations at 28th Street and Prospect Avenue, officers said. After initiating a traffic stop, police found Dontae Black, the passenger, to be in possession of a a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun loaded with seven bullets, four of which were hollow-points, officers said. Paterson police struck back against drug-related crime in the Silk City, seizing 16,163 heroin folds, 106 bags of cocaine and crack, hundreds of illegal prescription pills and two guns over a three-night stretch.
