An Uber driver punched a customer in the head after refusing him a ride from a Bergen County golf course, authorities said. Security video from the Soldier Hill Golf Course shows the driver dropping the victim with a closed-fist punch to the temple shortly after 7:30 p.m. Sunday, April 17, Emerson Police Chief Michael Mazzeo said. A mother of four who did not return from her work as an Uber driver was found dead in Pennsylvania on Saturday, according to the police. Christina “Christi” Marto Spicuzza, 38, of Turtle Creek, had been missing since Thursday, Feb. 10. Andrew Peters flew in from San Francisco to Dulles International Airport but said he "didn't really realize" how bad the weather was going to be on Jan. 3. Authorities in southeastern Pennsylvania are looking for an Uber driver who is accused of locking a woman in his car and forcing himself on her until she agreed to give him her phone number. On Dec. 13, an arrest warrant was issued for Maher Abdelga-Elmeleh, 42, on charges of indecent assault, harassment, and false imprisonment, Marple Township police said. Route 17 Crash Closes Two Lanes
A driver was hospitalized Tuesday morning after a multi-vehicle collision on southbound Route 17 in Hackensack. The left and center lanes were temporarily closed near the exit for Hasbrouck Heights before the road splits between Routes 17 and 80 around 9:30 a.m. following the crash, which involved a Mercedes driven by the injured female motorist, an Uber driver's Honda and a crane-arm flatbed truck. Large backups immediately followed. The Mercedes driver's injuries didn't appear life-threatening, responders said.

A gun-wielding Uber rider from Fort Lee who threatened to kill a driver if she didn’t give him oral sex had taken off his shirt and was sitting in the front seat when police showed up, authorities said.
