Stephen Colbert has been sidelined again, this time from a burst appendix. Unlike before, it doesn't look like he'll be hosting from his Montclair home.
"I’m sure you’re thinking, “Turkey overdose, Steve? Gravy boat capsize?” Colbert posted on Instagram on Monday afternoon, Nov. 27. "Actually, I’m recovering from surgery for a ruptured appendix."

"She did what doctors told her to do," said one of De La Villa's 22 grandchildren, Michelle Tavares, of Weehawken. "She went for MRIs every year and saw a neurologist every six months.
"Since it wasn't growing, causing pain or neurological impairment, doctors didn't have her do anything about it."
For 25 years, that's the way things were. De La Villa's "little egg" rarely crossed her …

The Hunterdon County community is rallying to support a Flemington native who is more than $25,000 short on donations needed for surgery to treat her rare medical condition.
