Elizabeth Man Sexually Assaulted Teen: Authorities
A 78-year-old Elizabeth man was arrested and charged with committing sexual offenses against a child on Friday, Oct. 20, authorities said. Neil Rosenstein sexually assaulted a 15-year-old child in summer 2015, Union County Prosecutor William A. Daniel, Elizabeth Police Director Earl Graves, and Elizabeth Police Chief Giacomo Sacca said. Elizabeth police began an investigation in Oct. 2022, authorities said. Rosenstein was arrested at Newark Liberty International Airport after arriving on a flight from out of the country.
