At 10:37 a.m., Secaucus police responded to a report that two men in ski masks were committing thefts from residences in the north end of the town, Police Chief Dennis Miller said. Three Teens Nabbed After Stealing Car, Fleeing From Officers: Secaucus PD Three teenage boys were arrested and charged after they stole a car, hit a police vehicle and fled from officers in Secaucus on the early morning of Friday, June 9 authorities said.  At 5:03 a.m., a police officer observed a black Kia Forte with no lights on and occupied by four people wearing ski masks near Radio Avenue by Route 3 West, Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller said.
